Introducing Our Team
Our highly experienced staff team, led by our Registered Manager, Tracy Marsden, prides itself on providing high quality care to our resident. Many of staff have been part of the Twelve Trees team for many years. We firmly believe continuity of care is very important and we pride ourselves on never using agency staff. Our residents need to feel safe and secure and being cared for by friendly, compassionate, familiar staff allows us to achieve this. Many of our staff have either completed, or are working towards, their NVQ quaifications. Additional staff training is encouraged and there are many different courses available to staff. Key training takes place in the first six weeks of staff joining the team, including moving & handling, privacy/dignity, first aid and safeguarding.
