Making the decision to move in to a residential home can be difficult, to help with this we offer a Homecare, Day Care service so you have the option of choosing the most suitable care whether it be for yourself or for a loved one. Here at Twelve Trees we understand and appreciate the importance of making sure that any move to a new home is the right one for the individual. That is why we invite any potential new residents to come and meet us, whether that be for an informal chat and a look around our home, or to take part in one of our many activities and meet the other residents who live here at Twelve Trees. Our staff are always available to answer any questions you may have
Our dedicated care team provides 24 hour care for all our residents; each and every resident has a detailed care plan, tailored towards their individual needs, preferences and choice about the care they receive is a priority here at Twelve Trees. Helping our residents live fulfilling lives in a comfortable safe environment is at the centre of everything we strive to achieve. Promoting dignity, respect and choice are key aspects in the care provided by our staff.

Introducing Our Team
Our highly experienced staff team, led by our Registered Manager who prides itself on providing high quality care to our resident. Many of staff have been part of the Twelve Trees team for many years. We firmly believe continuity of care is very important and we pride ourselves on never using agency staff. Our residents need to feel safe and secure and being cared for by friendly, compassionate, familiar staff allows us to achieve this. Many of our staff have either completed, or are working towards, their NVQ qualifications. Additional staff training is encouraged and there are many different courses available to staff. Key training takes place in the first six weeks of staff joining the team, including moving & handling, privacy/dignity, first aid and safeguarding.
